Serious burns can result · Prepared formula must be refrigerated · Discard leftover formula after feeding · Powdered formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants diagnosed with immune problems unless directed and supervised by a healthcare professional · The use of sterile purified, demineralized, deionized, distilled or reverse osmosis filtered water is recommended. If using tap water, bring to a rolling boil for one minute and cool for no more than 30 minutes.
Storage: Immediately store prepared formula in refrigerator and use within 24 hours · Cover opened formula can and store in cool, dry place and use within 1 month · Store unopened cans at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.
